The Woodford County Engineering Dept submitted the Walnut Street Bridge for the Federal Bridge Replacement Funds program.  The bridge should go to construction in lat 06 or early 07 and be finished by the end of summer 07. The federal government will cover 80% of the construction costs.  The Village of Washburn and Woodford County will split other costs; each paying 50%.
